Are you fully insured?

Yes, Tree Craft Liverpool Ltd have public Liability Insurance that covers up to 5 million pounds.

How will you leave the work site?

At Tree Craft Liverpool Ltd we pride ourselves on ensuring our work spaces are left immaculately after we are finished. We remove all debris cut down by us in a sustainable and responsible manner. Sometimes the weather can affect the ground area of the site, which is unfortunately out of our control.

I don't know if my tree can be cut down, will you help with this?

Yes. We are well aware that dealing with the council can sometimes be a stressful process. We can help you complete the application and deal with your local authority on your behalf.

How noisy will you be?

Cutting down or maintaining trees is always going to be very noisy based on the equipment used. We will always try to be as timely as possible in order to ensure that there is no prolonged noise. Some of our customers opt to inform their neighbours of the upcoming works.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all well recognised credit/debit cards, cheques, bank transfers and cash. Whichever method is easiest for you.

How much does it cost to cut down a tree?

The price of cutting down a tree is a completely individual one as every project is often different and tree sizes vary. We always strive to provide our customers both domestic & commercial with some of the most competitive pricing on the market.

Can I keep the wood you cut down?

Of course. Just inform us prior to the project so we can cut the wood into manageable pieces and then leave it in a designated area you have requested.

 

What is a tree preservation order?

The UK Government Describes a tree preservation order as;

“A Tree Preservation Order is an order made by a local planning authority in England to protect specific trees, groups of trees or woodlands in the interests of amenity.”

An Order prohibits the:

cutting down
topping
lopping
uprooting
wilful damage
wilful destruction

What qualifications do your arboriculturists hold?

All of our highly skilled staff who will work on your tree(s) are fully NPTC qualified. We Strive to ensure everyone that works for us has the experience and expertise that our customers have come to expect.

Do you ensure your workspace is safe?

Of course, safety is of utmost importance to Tree Craft Liverpool Ltd, from our workers to our customers and the general public. During your site survey we can thoroughly talk you through all our safety measures if required.

Can you replant a tree in the same place?

This will depend on a lot of varying factors such as why the tree is being removed in the first place. We do of course offer a separate but comprehensive tree planting service that you can enquire about.

Are your advice and quotations free?

Yes. We like to ensure all our customers can make an informed decision, without a barrier to entry.
